DANIEL BELLINO ZWICKE

Daniel is a Best Selling Cookbook Author based in New York City. He specializes in Food Wine and Travel. .. Five of Daniel’s cookbooks have been published with a 6th in the works. Besides writing cookbooks, Daniel is a renowned food essayist and storyteller. Daniel has more than 25 years in the restaurant business, starting as a busboy when just a freshman in high-school. He moved to the kitchen where he was a; Line Cook, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef. Daniel created America’s 1st ever Venetian Wine Bar (Bacaro) with his Bar Cichetti where he was; Chef, Wine Director, and Managing Partner. Daniel is one of America’s leading authorities of Italian Wine. Daniel lives and writes in New York’s Greenwich Village where he is currently working on a new book, working titled : Positano and The Amalfi Coast. The new book is a Collection of some of Daniel’s stories (experience) of Capri, Positano, Napoli, and the Amalfi Coast over the years, and will include Recipes of Napoli and the Amalfi Coast as well as a guide to the areas hotels, restaurants, and things of special interest in the area.
